Rising Ground (formerly Leake & Watts) is a not-for-profit agency committed to addressing a myriad of challenges that confront individuals and families dealing with poverty, disabilities and a lack of access to education and basic services.
Zaskorski & Associates provided architectural design services in a joint venture with Richard Dattner Architects the design team for Leake & Watts Capital Construction Campus Master Plan, include having filed applications with the Yonkers Buildings Department for the construction of a new 72,000 sq.ft. school, 9 residential cottages, 3 administrative buildings. The renovation of the original 72,000 sq.ft. administrative building, the early learning center and two original residential cottages. certificates of occupancy were obtained for each of the facilities.
