Facade assessment & F.I.S.P. report

In 2021, Z&A performed the mandated Cycle 9 FISP (Facade Inspection Safety Program) investigation and assisted in directing repairs of the sheet metal cornice of this landmark quality SRO building that houses the formerly homeless. Currently, Z&A is working with the client and the GC to develop a program of repairs that respects the buildings historic qualities and makes them safe and water tight for the upcoming FISP cycles.
