Z&A performed the mandated Cycle 8 FISP (Facade Inspection Safety Program) investigation in 2018 for this 16 story apartment hotel in the Landmarked Upper West Side Historic District and prepared planning documents to assist ownership in developing a phased scoping document that will repair the building in phases over the next 10 years. In 2021, Z&A prepared drawings and specifications for contractors to bid, as well as for regulatory filing with the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) and with the Department of Buildings (DOB). Currently, Z&A is about to embark on Construction Administration (CA) for the first phase of façade repairs so that the building can be SAFE for the mandated Cycle 9 FISP.
