Zaskorski & Associates prepared construction documents, zoning and code analysis for the renovation of this 1880 Manhattan townhouse.  The architectural team, in association with the designer and construction manager, developed the space planning and programmatic requirements for this residence, filed and obtained permits with local Department of Buildings and Landmarks commission and assisted with the construction administration.
