St. Bartholomew Church,

St. Bartholomew Romanesque church in Elmhurst, Queens was completed in 1930.

 

Zaskorski & Associates prepared an exterior & interior building conditions and deficiencies assessment report along with a preliminary cost estimate and construction documents for the restoration work.

 

The church required window restoration, roof replacement, and had to be retrofit with a new HVAC system.

 

Zaskorski & Associates also issued the bid documents and negotiated the contract for construction.
