The house has 16 rooms, 5 bedrooms and a 3-car garage. On the first floor the kitchen, solarium and dining room are situated in an open plan on one side of the house. On the other side of the house are a den, playroom and living room. Three bedrooms are situated on the second floor, each with a private bath and common laundry room. The master suite has two walk-in closets, Jacuzzi bath and a separate sauna. The project scope included geological testing of soils, zoning and building code studies. Zaskorski & Associates provided services for construction and structural drawings that included field inspections. Value of the final construction is almost $2 million.
