Our Lady of Snows Catholic Academy was built on 1958. In 1964 a four-story addition was constructed to house new school space, the Convent & the auditorium.

Zaskorski & Associates Architects was retained to perform a thorough building conditions assessment of the exterior facades, roof and interior stair bulkheads of the building, and prepare a scope of work and budget with the identified areas of repairs.

A complete set of Construction Documents and Specifications was prepared based on the Scoping Report, the available budget and by prioritizing urgent repairs.

Zaskorski & Associates Architects also provided Construction Administration services.

The project was completed in 2008.
