Jumel Terrace Townhouse, New York

This townhouse is located in the Jumel Terrace Historic District and was once the home of Paul Robeson. This Landmark row house façade required restoration of de-laminated brownstone, re-pointing of mortar joints and refinishing of the original wood front doors. The interior was essentially unchanged from the original magnificent woodwork including a detailed and grand cherry wood stair and wainscot.
