Zaskorski & Associates was retained as the architect of record for the complete renovation of two combined residential units at the Mandarin-Oriental.
Zaskorski & associates collaborated with Interior Designed Jack Fhillips to develop the design for the apartment renovation, which then was incorporated in the full set of Construction Documents.
Zaskorski & Associates coordinated with the Condo Board, Managing Agent, and Reviewing Architect to ensure the design complies with the coop regulations, obtained all necessary regulatory approvals from city agencies and also performed the Construction Administration.
The completed combined 5,325 sq.ft. unit is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment with an all new kitchen, new kitchenette, a large family room, new living & dining room, a gallery foyer and a new office space. The design also included new finishes throughout, extensive architectural millwork, new HVAC, plumbing and all new lighting designed by CBBLD.
The project was completed in 2016.
