As the building architect, Zaskorski & Associates prepared an exterior building conditions & deficiencies assessment report along with a preliminary cost estimate and construction documents for the repair work.

In addition to the masonry repairs, all windows were replaced, steel lintels and sills were replaced as needed and a new roof have been installed. All the cast stone decorative elements and cornices on the front facade have been restored.

Zaskorski & Associates also issued the bid documents and negotiated the contract for construction, filed the project with the DOB & did the construction administration.
